  Took my daughter to the pharmacy today. She has a sore throat, oral thrush and temperature. Was advised honey for the oral thrush. Was even told it wasn't oral thrush, I know it is. I said this- nope honey. Needless to say, ended up in A&E today due to temperature and pain, she has strep throat. I have a 4 year old and one year, this is a contagious disease. Cheers for the waste of time, and wasting NHS resources where had we seen a pharmacist they could have prescribed OABX. Staff need training. Won't be returning as this is not the only time this pharmacy service has been slopey shouldered.

  Customer service shocking, waited for 40 minutes as nobody realised we were waiting for a consultation as no one bothered to inform the GP, after waiting for 10 minutes in the pharmacy queue, zero hustle and rude staff - avoid at all costs

  Attended late in the day with an unwell daughter. Staff were helpful and friendly even though they were about to close. Pharmacist took all details in consultation room and was understanding and reassuring. Prescription given with follow on advice if needed. Was very happy and thankful for their excellent service ☺️

  Friendly lady gave me some good over the counter advice and found me the cheapest options of the medication I needed.

  They are very good. Once your tablets are ready they will message you that they are ready to be collect.
