  Extremely good costume service, loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Would extremely progress them getting better showers and a better hair dryers that cost a £1 to use. Needs bit of a paint job but again facilities are good.

  “The swimming pool water is not clean and is unsafe for anyone, especially children. It’s clear the pool is not being maintained properly. This is a serious health and safety concern and needs urgent attention. I would not recommend using this facility until the water is cleaned and made safe. I hope city council control there

  It’s an endless battle having to talk to get the assisted pull up/dip machine at the gym oiled. The kneepad just stays in the middle and doesn’t move when you get off of it. One time a member of staff came upstairs and oiled it and it worked but for the last four or five days it’s always been “we’ll look into it” but it never gets done. I’ll be looking into changing to another gym. It’s a shame because the building and facilities are there but the equipment doesn’t get regularly serviced. I can’t be paying for something that doesn’t work. I need to do my set of exercises to help with my arthritis and bone problems but I can’t at this place. The pool is also freezing cold and the jacuzzi is lukewarm

  Awful customer service ,extremely rude unhelpful staff ( the bold receptionist and his male colleague ) both displayed behavior issues,lack of professionalism and respect. I was humiliated ,insulted and bullied for no reason . Would give 0 star rating and management should train staff to respect customers and to keep nasty staff away from customers .
