  Comment they sent underneath is just a lie they say it to act good they dont do nothing if you choose to sign up and get stuck in a ling contract thats your issue if you join after reading this This gym is just a money grab yeah it is a big place and alot of stuff but if you actually have any issues like people bothering you in the gym they will not reply or do nothing about it they allow people who distreat others in this gym and best believe if they say on my comment i wrote on here they will email me best believe they are lying this gym will do nothing about it as i asked many times befire they are just out for money and they do not care if people are causing issues to others cleary so if you want to go to this gym for the big place it is and the stuff they have tbats up to you but if you have any issues best believe they will not help you and you will also be stuck in a long contract too so you will have to stay or either pay months of payments in one go to leave as they will trap you in a long term agreement you only have a 14 day cooling of peroid so if you do not cancel before the 14 days they will keep you stuvk for months in a contract Be smart!

  Relatively new member so have experienced lots of disruption as a result of upgrading. Two observations that inform my rating: 1. Huge investment on state of the art gym equipment 2. Great staff with big shout out to BEV, who took time to take my Luddite knowledge up to a functional level, showing great patience, professionalism and care. Thank you

  The club is looking run down changing rooms stink - if you want screaming kids running round it’s the place to be!

  Be careful with this club. The gym was temporarily moved for a month into the indoor tennis courts, where temperatures reached close to 30°C and management failed to do anything meaningful to improve the situation. One member of staff even advised me to refrain from using the temporary gym and simply wait for the new gym to open. Despite this, they believe I’m not entitled to any partial refund and won’t allow me to end my contract early. If you have any problems, expect to receive a generic response with no effort made to resolve the issue in your favour. The new gym looks great but over the past year before the revamp, many of the machines have been out of order for weeks at a time, and several of the hydro pool facilities have been unavailable for most of the year. Please don’t suggest that I contact you about this, as I have already spoken to people at every level and there has been no willingness to resolve the dispute.

  Just had an introduction to the club with Connie, she was helpful and friendly, could answer all my questions and was helpful in getting the app set up and ready to go. Thanks for your help Connie!
