Connie showed me around the refurbished club and talked through the pros and cons of the different membership options, which helped me arrivie at the option that was right for me.The whole club has had a good refresh, a lot cleaner and more befitting the price point than it was 4 years or so when I was last a member. My son has enjoyed the kids sessions so far.

recent member here. changing areas are nice however there are only 2 or 3 private cubicles in the ladies (i am told by my partner its the same in the mens) so if changing after a swim you have to either get naked in front of people or change inside a wet shower cubicle. would also like more benches to lay stuff out when changing due to the density of the lockers, often there is not enough bench space for everyone. ratio is off. gym is often packed especially in the evenings, hard to get a workout in, however it is a nice gym. could have more space for freeweights. pool and spa facilities are lovely but inconsistent in temperature. sauna is never really hot enough for me to consider it a sauna, it could do with an extra door to help keep the heat in when people come and go. steam room usually good, wish they'd put essential oils in sometimes! hot pool usually good but could be hotter in my opinion. pools (indoor and out) are good facilities. sometimes see broken tissues in the indoor pool. i feel there should be signs on lanes before sessions so people know the lane will soon be occupied. was swimming one evening and popped my head up for a rest at the end of the pool and found myself surrounded by people there for an adult swim class, whilst the other half of the pool was taken up by lifeguards. wouldnt have minded if i had known beforehand, would have started swimming earlier to compensate! there are also sometimes some rowdy teenage boys who i have heard squealing in the steam room, loudly gossiping as they walk around, and diving into the indoor pool despite the no diving sign due to the pool not being deep. showers themselves are very good and hot but the cubicles dont lock. always clean in there and the towels are always clean and presented well at the front desk by friendly staff. overall worth the cost if you will use it a lot

Love the facilities and the pool here! Having court bookings and guided classes included in the membership makes it such a great value. The club is always bustling and full of energy, with a great mix of members across all age groups rather than leaning too young or too old.
One minor issue is that the signage and floor directions are a bit unclear. It would be helpful to have a map at the entrance and add directional signs at key spots—for example, pointing to the pool from the outdoor exit inside the changing rooms.
Really hope the membership fees don't go up too much next year!

My review is solely based on the sign up process - I enquired online - very easy and simple, which was followed up with a prompt phone call from Connie where I then explained what I was looking for. Connie explained what memberships were available and was very knowledgable. We then arranged a meeting to discuss setting up my membership where she was very accommodating when I needed to change the time. When I arrived, the receptionist was very friendly. I met with Connie who showed me around, she was very approachable, welcoming and friendly. Connie is very knowledgeable and i felt she understood what I was looking to gain from my membership. At no stage did I feel pressured, and i was very comfortable throughout. Overall, a very easy process, all my questions answered and Connie really made me feel at ease. Connie also helped set up my app and showed me where I could find everything which was also very helpful. Overall, a great sign up experience!
