We went to the Newcastle Amplifon shop on Grainger Street and had the most efficient and friendly service. Can't thank the two members of staff enough who helped us and restored his aid so kindly. Peace and sanity were regained and when asking how much we owed we were told 'all part of the Amplifon service. Fantastic! Judith Scrivener.
