Absolutely first class service. Nothing was too much trouble. I went with a headache problem and after every test available I was assured there was nothing to worry about

When booking the test I was told that DVLA form would be completed by the optician. After my eye test I was charged £10,but because there are no facilities for a field of vision test. So I was charged £10.00 for a partially completed form and I now have to pay for another eye test else where. I feel as though Cleethorpes vision express has ripped me off,at a time when money is extremely tight. I most definitely won't be going back there or recommending Cleethorpes vision express.
