Fully developed by British Gymnastics, our gymnastics classes are designed to teach learners the key foundations of the sport, all at their own pace. Following the British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining classes teach the fundamental actions, shapes, and landings in trampolining. From learning simple tricks to impressive air stunts, it’s a sport that is exciting, fun, and welcoming from day one! We have classes that cater to different age groups, including: - Preschool Trampolining - an introduction to trampolining for 3-4 year olds - Junior Beginner Trampolining – for beginner level gymnasts, suitable for children aged 4-18 years - Junior Advanced Trampolining – for advanced level gymnasts who want to develop their moves - Adult Trampolining – for learners aged 18+ years wishing to gain new skills and build on their current ones All classes can be adapted for different abilities.
