He was very informative, professional and friendly - a pleasure to spend some time with and a great asset to DL. He made our decision to join a lot easier. We are now looking forward to making the most of our membership.
- R2Rejobs 22catch225 days ago4.0Re-joined the club after many years, Megan made the re-joining process seamless as she knows her job well and she'll go above & beyond to sort out any issue, she is highly worthy of recommendation and this review is just for the "re-joining process". However, mon-fri evenings peak-time (5pm - 8pm) parking is a problem, need to go round & round the car park to get a space!
- FEfatimah ehsaniAug 24, 20261.0Very disappointed with David Lloyd Milton Keynes. For a premium club, the customer service from some staff is surprisingly poor and disrespectful. Several times I went to reception for a towel while staff were chatting together or on their phones, and they simply ignored me until they finished. Another time I was leaving while holding my young child and asked to use the wider accessible gate. The receptionist refused to open it and told me to use the normal gate, even though it was very difficult while carrying a child. At the café I was asked for my table number. I said I hadn’t checked and would quickly go and look, but the staff member said she would close my order and I would have to order again. Simple things are made unnecessarily difficult. Sometimes the attitude feels like they are above the customer because they work there. Customers are paying for a premium service and deserve basic respect and courtesy.
