  Made the move from Vision Express after 18 years and I’m very impressed. The team at David Clulow (John Lewis) actually listened to my concerns about dry eyes rather than dismissing them. They explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood. The opticians also helped pick the perfect style of frame I needed and took their time rather than rushing me to a decision. ​The range of frames is excellent, and despite my high prescription requiring thin lenses, I saved £200 compared to my previous provider. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

  Just had a Dilated Eye Exam in Milton Keynes. I cannot rate the optician, Anum kazmi enough. She was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and she completely put me at ease during the detailed test. I was a bit nervous due to change of vision but her bedside manner was exemplary and reassuring. She explained all she was doing and why. Her attention to detail was beyond any normal examination. Thank you for the fantastic customer service and love of your profession.

  Excellent service at John Lewis. Laali was particularly helpful and made the whole experience very smooth. There’s a great range to choose from, with brands you don’t always find elsewhere, which really sets them apart from other options.
