  It was a real pleasure to be helped again by the wonderful Laali, she has such an uplifting and friendly caring manner. I trust her advice completely and left the shop feeling very happy to have had her help and excited about my new frames.

  Made the move from Vision Express after 18 years and I’m very impressed. The team at David Clulow (John Lewis) actually listened to my concerns about dry eyes rather than dismissing them. They explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood. The opticians also helped pick the perfect style of frame I needed and took their time rather than rushing me to a decision. ​The range of frames is excellent, and despite my high prescription requiring thin lenses, I saved £200 compared to my previous provider. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

  I had a great experience herein and the staffs were professional, kind and informative especially Nate. He gives great advice and recommendations. Variety of nice frames with high quality lenses too.
