  Absolutely disrespectful pharmacist. Why is he throwing my grandparents medicine at me, saying "thats it", and then walking away.... then when I tried to find a manager to complain yk, the staff couldn't get in contact with a single manager..

  Just do not bother using this pharmacy. Used to be so useful and helpful but when their main pharmacist left they turned into the worst pharmacy in Perivale. Even when the medication is clearly urgent they do not care and they give you the wrong information. If you have a car and can travel to different area, do so and run away. If you have no choice and stuck using their services, you need to make sure to press them on doing their work otherwise they take their own sweet time with no regards for anyone. Sind of them can be extremely rude and unprofessional and the others are slow and useless. If you have an emergency, better just go directly to the hospital and do not ask them for advice

  This pharmacy is garbage. There is no other way to say it, all the other reviews are true. Consistently lie about not receiving prescriptions, ending up with you having to call your gp only to confront them and they retract their statement. This has happened multiple times. I usually just have to say can you check again, then they miraculously find it. In addition when you go pick up a prescription (which you receive a text saying it’s ready), they will say give them 20 minutes to get it. I just go on the side to their small seating area because all they do it grab it off the shelf and give it to me (the whole process is five minutes max). In the past I was on a specific medication, and for around a week and a half they would give me and my family (who would try to pick it up on my behalf) the run around saying it wasn’t in stock. Finally once a break down was had, oh they found it and sorry for the inconvenience. The man responsible attempted to apologise but was bad at it just like his regular duties. Then today, I go to buy an over-the-counter medicine. Mind you the pharmacy is open, only to be told sorry they don’t accept cash five minutes before closing. Ok if that’s your policy, but please let customers know before hand. I have worked at other pharmacies and have never encountered this policy before so maybe it’s best to have a sign up. I had to leave empty handed. (This may be a nitpick but it was the straw that broke the camel’s back) Overall it is disorganised and chaotic, I only go here because it’s next door to me and evidently I’m glutton for punishment. Genuinely have to be on top of everything yourself at this place due to what appears to be high staff turnover rate. To be honest I only have myself to blame. It wasn’t always like this but over the past few years the quality of this place has tanked. So as a warning to those thinking about joining as a patient. Don’t. Run in the opposite direction.

  If I could give 0 stars I would, the manager Sunny( really hope he isn't the manager because of his unprofessional conduct) lied about when my prescription was received, then started acting passive aggressive when I called him out on his lie trying to want to end the phone call asap absolutely disgusting how to deal with vulnerable ppl and should definitely not working in a pharmacy especially when you have no people skills
