  My grandfather is 90 years old and obviously cannot do much mobility on his own to collect his medication and this Tesco isn’t his main pharmacy instead the high street one in Feltham is, but because 111 sent a referral there, trying to contact them to see if it’s available there before going there is madness. No one wishes to answer the phone and leave you in the lurch to take that journey there and then to be told they may not have it which has what’s happened before and I didn’t pay attention much to that, but now I’m really apprehensive.

  What a nightmare it is going to this pharmacy. Even if the message you you get there and they can find it. Some of the staff need to be replaced as they just very unhelpful and not interested. Now all small pharmacy’s are closing down were are you supposed to go.

  They no answer phone, just take the phone and hang up, the staff are not professional and they don’t have knowledge, I received a text message that prescriptions are ready but when I been there they said I have to wait half an hour to dispense them…
