  Lovely staff and thorough examination. Would like to see a bigger range of frames - particularly given the wonderful funky and colourful designs now cropping up on my social media after booking my appointment- now the algorithms are in full swing.

  I had such a pleasant experience at Vision Express such lovely people, the optician who tested my eyes was such a nice guy he explained everything Clearly, he thoroughly went through the eye scan I had, he didn’t make me feel awkward when I couldn’t quite decide which lens was better ie One or two after while your eyes just blur a bit but he was very patient such a kind man it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had getting my eyes tested and afterwards, when I chose my glasses and ordered my lenses, it was straightforward and again the guy who helped me sort it all out was Absolutely lovely, the young lady who did the first few eye tests and booked me in for my appointment she was also really nice. I left there feeling really happy. Thinking what a lovely bunch of people they were I would thoroughly recommend vision express at Hempstead Valley I’d like to say thank you to all the staff 🤗 I’m looking forward to getting my glasses.🙌

  I visited the Hempstead Valley branch of Vision Express on Thursday 4th June to choose new frames having had a sight check a couple of weeks previously. I was unable to find anything that matched what I was looking for. An assistant approached and asked if I needed assistance. I explained I was looking for a very specific frame type and couldn't find anything suitable. After determining exactly what I was looking for, Helen identified several frames that she felt closely matched my requirements. She also found sunglass frames that were exactly what I was looking for. She was patient, listened carefully to my description and assured me me would find somethong I woud be happy with.
