Andy the manager was very very kind and helpful me to get my 30 percent off and it helped me very much in this economy.They did not push me to buy anything.Very relax atmosphere.x

I only went here ,because fed up with answers at an alternative. I was treated with respect and was totally comfortable. Had many tests done and was able to obtain improved vision. Looked at frames no pressure. Bought two pairs . Was shown glassesthat become sunglasses. Was intrigued , got home cancelled one pair and changed it to The ones that become sunglasses. Am collecting one pair tommorow and will await others. Thank you to all involved from start to finish. I am taking someone my carer , to book appointment. For her. Its rare in this day and age to take time with older people, iam 80 by the way. So for anyone doubting what to do. Just take a chance i did and will be going back.
I had a really positive experience today thanks to Nicholas David Miles. He was professional, friendly, and very patient throughout the whole appointment. Even as a trainee, he came across confident, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to helping me choose the right glasses. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the experience feel relaxed and comfortable. Excellent customer service and a great attitude — he’s a real credit to the team.

I did not get his name (possibly Andrew?) but he went above and beyond to make me comfortable and accommodate my additional needs due to an injury to my hand.
Optician (Chisome/Audrey) was, likewise, thoroughly accommodating and comprehensive in her examination of me for CL check-up and routine eye test. She was incredibly reassuring in referring me to the ophthalmologist.
Returning to select new frames, the whole team were incredibly busy but Yulia made sure I was seen promptly and efficiently.
I had been considering changing branches due to increased parking charges in the town, but given the attentive and very understanding service I have received today I remain loyal to this branch.

I am really disappointed by the experience at the Chatham office, specifically regarding the doctor. I had been costumer for 4 years IN Chatham office and the previous doctor (lady) was every time helpful and understanding all the times all of yours problems.
I had an appointment for my young son at 16:55. I am a responsible parent and left my house 40 minutes before the appointment, but because of awful traffic, I arrived 7 minutes late. My time to traveling with the parking is only 10 min but bad day for drive.
The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—she was very professional, kind, and did her best to be helpful. Even though she mentioned I was 10 minutes late (it was only 7), she was very gracious and went to ask the doctor if he could still manage the appointment since we had traveled so long to get there.
Unfortunately, the doctor was extremely blunt and gave a very direct "NO." It was shocking because the shop was completely empty of other customers (it was just the staff inside). To reject a young child for being 7 minutes late—especially when we had been stuck in traffic and the office was empty—is terrible customer service. While the lady at the front was lovely and tried her best, the doctor showed zero flexibility or compassion. I am very disappointed. No more Vision Express Options - Chatham. THANK YOU!
