  The staff were really nice and helpful, they explained everything they were doing and helped me choose a nice pair of glasses and when it came to pricing they were very transparent about it.

  I called the shop in the morning and arrived at about 12:30. Unfortunately, there were number of customers and it was about 12:50 when I was served. However, staffs became impatient when it was approaching lunch time at 1 pm. Finally, It's lucky that the female optometrist who stepped in to handle the case was very nice and being professional to sort out the problem seriously and politely, despite sacrificing some of her lunch time. I would like to appreciate her great attitude on customers.

  I was served by the store manager who has excellent customer service skills. Very helpful. The optician was also excellent allowing time to make sure you are getting the sharpest vision without rushing me. I would recommend.
