  If I could leave zero stars I would. Never answer the phone & always a 30-40 minute wait for prescriptions. Customer service is shocking.

  This is a shame because I have been using this pharmacy for years but its become terrible over the past year, the one star is for friendly staff, everything else is not good, your presciption goes in you wait a week you go queue for 20-30mins they need more time, you go back a day later queue another 20-30mins they need to order it, you go back you medicine hasnt arrived, when they do have your medication if you dont wait and miss your name being called out you end up waiting until you can ask which isnt easy, I had to change to Boots, I use pendleton gateways pharmacy sometimes, I am always amazed that I hand over the slip, they have medicine in and I wait 15mins then have it.... more staff and medications are needed it is not fit for purpose.

  Booked a pharmacy first appointment, turned up for the appointment and they just said no one can see me. Even though I booked it in advance. Why offer appointments if you can’t actually facilitate them.

  Very poor service, used to use them but rude service yesterday from a male member of staff, was really unhelpful. Went to Boots nearby and will be using them in future, really helpful and nice efficient staff, absolute opposite to Tesco!
