  I am very disappointed with the service at the Tesco Pharmacy in Burnage. There was a long queue of customers waiting to be served, but the staff appeared to be standing together talking and laughing instead of helping customers. People were left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time with no explanation or effort to reduce the queue. I understand that staff can have conversations while working, but customers should be the priority. The lack of attention to the queue made the service feel unprofessional and frustrating. I hope management addresses this issue and improves customer service in the future.

  I would give it 0 stars if I could. Rude incompetent staff, never do the prescription correctly only give u half and don’t message u when the other half comes in. Rude and unprofessional, pls avoid like the plague!!!!

  Absolutely useless they rarely answer the phone and when I went to purchase corsodyl gum gel the girl behind the counter offered me a muscle heat gel.
