  I had an incredibly upsetting and unprofessional experience at this pharmacy. I went in to sort out an emergency medication issue regarding my ADHD prescription, following advice from NHS 111.While I understand there are strict legal restrictions regarding Schedule 2 controlled drugs, the pharmacist’s conduct was entirely uncalled for. Instead of explaining the law professionally, she was condescending, suspicious, and highly rude. She went so far as to question whether I even knew what medications I was taking simply because I mispronounced 'lisdexamfetamine'—a complex medical name that is easy to trip over.When I tried to ask a legitimate question about how the NHS 111 system works, she repeatedly spoke over me, refusing to listen or clarify the situation. Her behavior was deeply humiliating, hostile, and completely lacking in basic empathy for a patient in a stressful situation. I eventually had to walk away while she was still talking at me. I try to be as polite and compliant as possible, but this was shocking customer service. I will not be returning here and encourage others to opt for other local pharmacies. Manor pharmacy has been a completely different experience. Polite, friendly and helpful staff who don’t roll their eyes when you ask a basic question regarding a medication that I’ve only recently been accepted under a shared care agreement for.

  Honestly where could you get your lunch prescription and shopping along with nice clothing! But my biggest reason for the review is for the staff in the cafe they’re so lovely o feel like they go above and beyond to make you feel at home they’re so helpful I’m struggling with my 11m old and they’re ralllying around helping and so thoughtful to my needs just absolutely beautiful souls!! And Tom! Tom is a gem makes you feel so warm and welcome always embers a face and is just a gorgeous person through and through! The food is always hot the coffees always fresh and it’s clean. Keep being you guys your amazing x

  I was served today (09/03/25) by a lovely gentleman with red hair. He was so very polite, friendly and had good product knowledge. Well done, keep up the excellent work.!!

  Advertised on the website to be open until 9pm and I got here at 8:10pm to find the shop closed! What a joke! Tesco sort your online times out as there is about 10 customers including me trying to get in!! 😡
