gave this score because I am happy with the support and service I received. The staff were helpful, polite, and understanding. They answered my questions and tried to assist me whenever needed. As English is not my first language, I especially appreciated their patience and support.

Hi im sick of your workers talking to me & my kids with NO respect! My daughter came in to try her contacts in and she was little nervous because shes 18 and its the first time shes been here on her own and they just spoke to her with NO respect. She asked nicely how do I do my contacts myself? and the one of the workers said "youtube it" In a snotty manner! Also my son is very very paranoid and has bad anxiety and he hides behind his hair. The workers in that place looked like they was afraid to touch my son wilst measuring the glasses on his face as if he had a disease! I am getting sick and tired of the workers in this place you need to sort them workers out! The guys who work here are snotty & miserable! Sort this out or I'll be moving to optical express if this carry on!

My sister went in for help on contact lenses just before lunch, the Asian lady rushed her through it and told her to go home and watch YouTube videos probably rushing to go on her lunch break, was not helpful at all and was on her phone! While my sister was trying to do her contact lenses and the front of house staff were extremely rude huffing and puffing because he needed to get a signature for her prescription afterwards!! Will be moving to optical express seeing as they don’t have time or patience here

I recently visited this shop because we couldn't get an appointment at our preferred branch at the Fort because they're very popular and I heard Harpurhey are always empty. From the moment I walked in I was put off by the state of the place and the eeire silence. There was mess everywhere and no music at all, it was weird. My appointment was with Rob who said he was the owner and from the get-go his behaviour in the room was creepy. Inappropriate remarks were made and I had to leave half way through. As a single woman this made me very uncomfortable and I've reported this matter. I contacted the store management later on and was told not to contact them again. I feel angry and unheard. Avoid this place at all costs, it's horrible!
