  If it was possible I would give a zero star for the pharmacist that goes by the name of ‘olusegun adesesan kolawole bamgbelu’ as he gave his name I turned up at the pharmacy as advised to by out of hours to get my 2 year old daughter ears looked at as she is suffering with a bad infection and needed antibiotics she looked so unwell and needed help but this awful man turned my poor daughter away and said no it will take to long to see her we shut soon and I don’t want to fill the paper work out as it would take him 15mins to complete everything baring in mind we walked from the other side of Farnworth to get there for 4.30 they closed at 5pm to have a look in a set of ear does not need that long as there was no one else there . He was so rude and arrogant and wasn’t having any of it meaning us having to travel else were and search for a pharmacy that wasn’t going to shut before we got there as it was Sunday I also asked if he could find me another chemist and I got told to use google absolutally disgusting. And when I was walking of I over heard him saying to the dispenser “ I can pick and choose when I want to see a patient” awful customer service.

  I was in a lot of pain today and tried getting help at the Boot Pharmacy in Walkden first — they said the pharmacist wouldn’t be available for an hour. Then I went to the Tesco Pharmacy in Walkden Shopping Centre, but the pharmacist there didn’t seem bothered to speak to me for 30 minutes. As my final hope, I went to the Tesco Pharmacy in Farnworth — and honestly, they were a godsend! The staff were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They helped me straight away and made such a difference when I really needed it. Highly recommend them, and many thanks to the Farnworth Tesco Pharmacy team! 🙏

  Absolutely useless. I've had more problems with this pharmacy in 12 months than I have in 20 years elsewhere. Always missing items. Too many problems to list here. Will be changing to elsewhere as I'm now at my wits end.
