- MMMonishaFeb 9, 20265.0I had an appointment this morning & was greeted pleasantly by Meharin at the Moorgate branch. The location is extremely convenient - just minutes from Moorgate tube station . Meherin was patient & proactive in selecting my glasses & the lenses & also ensured that I would get delivery on the date I had requested ! My eye test was done by Ms Patel who was super efficient . The equipment & level of testing is gold standard- unlike any other high street optician. I highly recommend DC to anyone who needs eye support!

I had to chase for over three weeks to find out when my lenses were ready and to get them fixed to my frames. They never bothered emailing or calling me. They also didn't seem to have an alternative plan for when the lens fixer was on holiday except for having my glasses posted away for several days (which I could not do as I need them for reading and work).
