However, still has a way to go for the price - changing room not upgraded, gym floor messy and not patrolled, gym etiquette/rules not followed by clientele.

In just a few weeks, he’s transformed the way I train. His knowledge, attention to technique, encouragement and ability to push you at the right time have helped me make noticeable improvements in both strength and confidence. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who genuinely cares about your progress, tailors sessions to your goals, and knows how to get the best out of you, I highly recommend Jay. He’s been outstanding and worth every penny.

Even the other week when it was hitting 40°C heat and everyone was completely drained, she was still bringing the best energy and making everyone feel welcome. She always goes massively out of her way to look after people, and she handles a busy desk effortlessly. Virgin Active Repton Park is lucky to have her on the team and management need to make sure she’s looked after because she’s a proper asset to the club and the company. 10/10 service!!
