There is long hair everywhere, and many men are getting into the pool wearing underwear, even though they should be wearing proper swimwear. The manager is completely useless and does not seem to take any responsibility for managing the facility. All of the issues I mentioned above should be dealt with by management, but instead, they just sit there with their laptops, talking to each other, while the problems are ignored. This is very disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the standards that should be maintained in a pool and spa facility.

Having visited many David Lloyd clubs across London, Acton Park really stands out for its genuine community vibe and welcoming staff. A special shoutout to Sonya for being incredibly helpful, welcoming and masterfully explaining all the facilities. Highly recommended!

Great pools indoors and out doors plus tennis and padel - It’s super big and really good value for money, includes all the classes and Pilates which was what I was after I was with my partner so we got the couples package which saves you abit of money monthly than paying individually. Overall the facilities look great and I’m looking forward to starting my gym journey.

The sunbeds were not wiped down throughout the day, and the changing rooms were dirty, with water everywhere. The tables in the restaurant also weren’t being wiped down regularly. I feel the cleaner should be checking and cleaning these areas every few hours, especially when the facilities are being used frequently. The staff were lovely, but the cleanliness definitely needs more attention. Sonya was absolutely amazing great Costomer service it’s just the hygiene of the gym but amazing facilities
