  The place is in close proximity to where I live, they have good customer service and are good at what they do. I find my glasses well fitted and to my satisfaction, thanks.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Specsavers Wembley Park. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was very convenient. Everything was handled professionally, and I felt well looked after. Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

  in-store experiences have generally been pleasant, but trying to communicate with this store over the phone is virtually impossible. after a missing delivery of contact lenses and issues with my easycare account i visited the store to see if i could resolve this. i was told i’d get a call back the next day as the person who dealt with contact lenses wasn’t in - i didn’t get a call. i called again a few days later and was once again told the person in charge of the lenses wasn’t in and to call back on a specific date. i called on that specific date and nobody picked up. i called again a few days later and was only then given a number to sort my easycare account. after calling the easycare number the assitant on the other end resolved my issue by calling and speaking to the store 😭 so why couldn’t they fix it when i called? it was only then i was informed of a delay with the type of lenses i received and that i’d get a call when they were ready. i received a call, so went back in store to collect the lenses, only for the person at the desk to tell me to come back tomorrow despite having my lenses in hand because they ‘needed to be checked’. i explained i couldn’t and they finally gave me my lenses over three weeks after they were due. i asked in-store if my future lenses could be delivered and i was told yes this would be sorted for me. after checking my easycare account a days later i noticed this was never sorted for me, and my subscription had been lowered from two boxes to one without my permission. i amended this and ended up contacting easycare online again to ensure my next set of lenses would be delivered - and the assistant i spoke to even admitted they had no idea why this hadn’t been resolved for me yet. i’m not sure if this is an issue of keeping the staff informed or just a one-off messy experience. either way it was quite frustrating to deal with ):
