  Fantastic team.. from the very First Lady doing the pre health check, the second lady doing my eye test & then the last lady doing my measurements! Thank you so much for making me feel so relaxed & welcome 🩷 See you on pick up day ☺️

  Paid well over 350 for a pair of glass. Bi focal. The service was more about sell less about measurement post eye check. Needless to say, brought the glass back to store as they were ill measured. Could not visualise. I have previously had bio focal s. No problem. Now the lady who saw me this time actually looked took the time to check and agree…. So sent then away. Have to say spec savers were better value… however have a limited supply of frames. Let’s see how the lenses turn out when they come back for the second time. Ps the frame I paid a lot lot for does not even fit the case.!!!!

  From the moment I walked in to Uxbridge vision express I was treated like royalty. From the man at the door to the gentleman at the reception desk and the lady who checked my eyes and the professional and expert option who examined my eyes thoroughly. The only disappointment was the broken air conditioner. It was 35* on that day and extremely hot in the store. I asked the staff if they have reported it to vision express and I was told they have but still waiting for company to fix it. I was only there for one hour and I was sweating heavily. Can u imagine the poor hard working staff who been there since

  The place is a shambles with awful communication with the customer and between staff. I came in for a contact lens appointment and was dismissively told to take a seat. While I waited, I watched 2 people complain about how long they had been waiting and no one communicating with them what was going on. The appointment lasted a few minutes where they put some drops in my eyes, had a quick look and said they will just order some contact lenses for me that match my glasses prescription. This was odd as they had originally told me that I would need to pay for a contact lens appointment because contact lenses are usually a different prescription from glasses as the glasses lens sits away from the face as opposed to directly on the eye. The optometrist didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing. I had been told that the lenses would take a week to come in and I would be contacted. A week later, I had not been contacted and so went in to see if they had arrived. I went through 3 people who couldn't tell me if they had even been ordered as nothing was showing on their system. I was told it would be be checked on and someone would call me. A week later, no contact. I called up another branch and asked them to check on their system. They said they could not see an order. I called up the Uxbridge branch and was told by three people that they didn't really know what was going on. I asked to speak to the manager and was told SHE was in a meeting (despite being told that they had just spoken to her). A little while later a man called me back and told me that it could take up to two weeks for contact lenses to arrive. Strange given the fact it takes me 3 days to order the same lenses myself. I asked why I had been told it would take a week. He said he didn't really know. I asked for a refund as I had not been given the service I paid for. He told me that it was non refundable. I advised him that I am protected by consumer rights. He went away then came back and told me I would be refunded but that this would mean I didn't get the trial lenses. I took the refund. I will not be going back to this place. They are not customer focused and do not know how to communicate well with customers.
