  I was very pleased with my appointment for my new hearing aids. I was also happy that they were already in stock so no waiting involved. My appointment was with Bhavisha who was excellent, with a friendly and professional approach.

  I arrived at my appointment, to be told I was not in the diary. On further investigation my appointment , was supposed to have been rescheduled but they had not contacted me despite multiple texts from them to remind me of the appointment. I will not be using this service and will go else where.

  The Boots Uxbridge Hearing Care consultant Ria Patel was such a professional and friendly person. She was honest and very thorough in all she did with helping me to get the right hearing aids. After almost 6 months they have made a difference to life and I thought I had just a bit of a wax build up!! Ria was a star and I am pleased with all the help and advice she gave me and my wife.
