Satti the optical assistant was absolutely amazing with helping my daughter choose her frames, she was kind patient and very helpful through out. Keep up the amazing work. Highly recommend
- JMjasmine mohammedJun 13, 20261.0I was very disappointed with my experience at Vision Express. I had a valid free eye test voucher, yet I was told I needed to pay £30 for my eye test. The staff advised me that if I purchased glasses from another Vision Express store, I could be reimbursed for the eye test fee. I then went to another store, bought my glasses, and was informed that reimbursement is not their policy. I was also told that I should never have been charged for the eye test in the first place because I had a valid voucher. The whole experience was frustrating and involved unnecessary back-and-forth between stores due to incorrect information being given by staff. Better training and consistency in customer service are needed to prevent other customers from being put through the same situation.
