  Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Vision Express inside Tesco Hayes. We booked an appointment a few days in advance for an eye test and contact lenses, On the day of the appointment, we even received two phone calls from the store asking us to confirm whether we were coming. I confirmed both times that we would attend. Because of this appointment, I cancelled important work and made sure we arrived on time. However, when we reached the store, the staff told us that we were not booked for an eye test. I showed them the booking confirmation and explained that their own team had called us twice that same day to confirm our attendance, but they still refused to accept the appointment. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of our time. If your system confirms an appointment and your staff call the customer twice to confirm attendance, the customer should not arrive and then be told there is no valid booking. Very poor communication, poor customer service, and an unprofessional experience. I expected much better from Vision Express.

  The assistant @ Hayes Tesco completing his placement provided exceptional service. He talked me through all key areas clearly and offered valuable advice on both lenses and frames. His professionalism and knowledge made the experience very reassuring.

  I would like to say a huge big thank you to Savraj, Gurdeep and Ali at Tesco Hayes for being so helpful and caring when I walked into make a enquiry for prescription glasses. I didn’t have an appointment and they were super busy still made time to talk me through and explain to me about the glasses that I need to wear now. They went an extra mile for me and even went beyond their working time to make sure I was happy with the glasses. Especially after my not so good experience with another optician near by. Thank you for being patient with me and ensuring I have the right glasses so that I can see clearer.

  Guys, this is a really lovely vision express. Great customer service from everyone. They are fair with glasses pricing & lenses, including test. Honestly, I am using vision express from now on.
