- IIIrisOct 12, 20265.0Serena did an eye test and a contact lens test for me today. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable, listened carefully to my explanations and gave amazing customer service. Her explanations were clear. I appreciate Serena’s professionalism and experience. I am very pleased to be a customer here. Thank you, Serena
- DFDenise ForsdykeOct 9, 20263.0Everyone was really helpful but apparently there were multiple bookings for the same time slots and this made the sequence of being tested a little haphazard and slow,
- WHWilliam HardySep 30, 20265.0Very happy very pleased with the outcome pleased with the stuff do a fantastic job
- JKJamal KhanSep 27, 20264.0Good service and friendly. Excellent keep it up
- AMagile MindSep 19, 20261.0This feedback is based on my first experience at this store. I had an appointment for my child’s eye test and arrived at the reception as requested. Unfortunately, I waited for at least 10 minutes without being attended to. During this time, staff repeatedly came to the reception area and left without serving me. I eventually tried speaking to one of the staff members and explained that I had an appointment and asked if they could check me in. However, the staff member ignored me and proceeded to serve another customer. After waiting for around 10 minutes without being acknowledged or checked in, I decided to leave. I found the experience disappointing and felt that the customer service was poor, particularly given that I had made an appointment in advance.
