I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Vision Express Goodmayes and, in particular, the amazing Shamina. I have been a loyal customer at Vision Express Goodmayes for the past three years, and finding Shamina has been one of the best things about my experience with my eyesight. She is such a warm, caring and genuinely lovely person, as well as being an excellent optometrist. She always takes the time to listen, understand my individual needs and never makes me feel rushed or that I am being difficult or asking too much. This is especially meaningful to me because, before discovering Vision Express, I had such a frustrating experience trying to find the right contact lenses. I had visited different opticians in the area and spent hours in consultations, as well as over £200 at Specsavers, but unfortunately they were unable to get my contact lenses prescription right. The lenses would either fall out of my eyes or I simply wouldn't see any real improvement in my vision. When I finally found Vision Express and met Shamina, everything changed. She was patient, understanding and determined to find the right lenses for me. She listened carefully to all my concerns and paid attention to the little details that made such a big difference. Most importantly, I felt that she genuinely cared about helping me, rather than simply trying to find a quick solution. It is difficult to put into words how grateful I am, after so much frustration, Shamina gave me hope and, most importantly, the confidence that my eyesight and comfort really mattered. Her kindness, patience and dedication have made such a difference to me. Shamina is an absolute credit to Vision Express, and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful optometrist. She is a big reason why I have remained a loyal customer for the past three years. Thank you for your kindness, patience and for always taking the time to listen. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vision Express Goodmayes to anyone, and if you are lucky enough to see Shamina, you are in very good hands.
