  The kids club (3-5s is the one my son attends) is a godsend! Shaley, Ted, Archie, Eshan and the rest of the team members have worked so hard with my son to make him feel comfortable and really enjoy the variety of activities they provide during his sessions. It works so well as it allows me to go to the gym and the spa whilst he is being well taken care of. He has a speech and language condition where he can not communicate as coherently for a 5 year old but it hasn’t stopped the team for engaging with him so well and ensuring that he is content and enjoying himself. I can’t thank them enough. Another big thank you to the reception team for always making sure we feel welcome and supported

  I visited David Lloyd Health Club in Gidea Park for the first time today. What an experience! The receptionist Maggie was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The Yin Yoga class taught by the cover teacher Shahana, was beautiful class, lovely oils, music and reading at the end. Jo, taught Spirit Yoga which I have never experienced before it was excellent, hard worked my core and a sound bath at the end which was exquisite. Thank you, everyone, I came in stressed from work and floated out!! Maggie

  Wanted to write a review for the amazing staff you have; they make the gym a better place. At reception and the clubhouse, both Saniya and Libby standout. For DL kids, Sienna (she’s missed by the kids), Archie, Freya, Joelle and Teddy are all great! I’ve only rated it 4 stars as I feel for the amount you pay a month, there’s better DL clubs around especially when it comes to aesthetics/cleanliness.

  I’ve had a really positive experience at David Lloyd Gidea Park, and a big part of that is thanks to Raheel! He consistently provides outstanding customer service every time I see him. He is always welcoming, approachable, professional and genuinely happy to help, which makes a real difference to the overall experience at the club. I’ve also had the pleasure of attending both his group tennis lessons and his private coaching sessions, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. His enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism really stand out. Great to have someone like this at the club who combines excellent coaching with such a positive attitude and exceptional customer service. Overall, a fantastic club experience.

  I’ve had a really positive experience at David Lloyd Gidea Park. The gym has a great atmosphere, and the staff are friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. I’d especially like to mention Nicola, the manager, who has been absolutely fantastic. She’s been so helpful, approachable and understanding, and has gone out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the members and wants everyone to have the best possible experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend David Lloyd Gidea Park. A great club with a lovely atmosphere and a manager who genuinely cares about her members. Thank you, Nicola, for all your help! ❤️
