I came to to inquire about the gym and spa facilities. I called up first and spoke to Cole. He told me to come to the club and I met him. He showed me the club thoroughly and he is very nice and approachable. I am very happy with his service and somehow convinced me to join and I am more than happy to sign up which I did.

Absolutely unbelievable and celcius not worth the money we are being charged
Yet again Saturday the entrance door left open so any non paying celcius can simply walk in there are discarded water bottles in the sauna not one person showering before using the plunge Harlow Enfield and Southend out this place to shame
We have only just got the plunge working again however people coming in and abusing it will be out of action again very soon Do not pay the additional money as you get nothing other than a towel This place is going downhill fast

Visited with a friend who is a member with a view to join but glad I did before blindly joining! The only positive at this place are the lovely front desk staff (sales guys are all sharks I am told). Broken floor tiles, food all over the carpet, loutish groups, disgusting showers, spa area seems tiny - friend who is member said doesn't even bother going to spa because of the smells.
We were looking to book a tennis court but so many were empty yet apparently booked - which I am told is common issue with no repercussions for people who book courts but don't turn up. Management just interested in increasing subscriptions without providing a commensurate level of service. I told my friend there are better options available and now not going to renew their membership when it expires.

Ain’t done nothing to spa or gym visibly in 15 years yet demand increases in monthly payments for “works” . They will never EVER have a tennis court for you to book .(even 2 weeks ahead )
Sod it they’ll even set up a camera in the front and fine their OWN CUSTOMERS for parking cars out front ?!
That’s low,just seen 12 cars out there that’s £1200 just now ….
. This gyms deluded think they’re so good and it’s below average at best / more expensive / they sting you ,fine you , increase payments first chance they get . Don’t bother .Seems to be as this new manager has come in it’s all gone downhill massively .the fines is CRAZY wow..

I hate to do this but I have a leave a review, there are many areas of this gym that need serious investment and renovation, I have complained previously and it has not made a difference.
1. The mens showers are disgusting with drain flies, worms and mould on the ceilings, I can see people have previously raised these issues for a while now and nothing has been done.
2. The gym equipment is completely outdated and embarrassing, if you go and see a £20 a month pure gym, their equipment is state of the art in comparison.
3. The platinum spa area needs a complete rip out renovation, the plunge pool is broken 99% of the time and the main sauna smells like a sewer - as in you are breathing in poo.
4. The mens swim suit dryer pretty much breaks on a daily basis and has to be fixed again daily - an upgraded vendor should be used so that its functional
5. The mens changing room cubicle door locks are broken and the bench is about to break hanging on the thread of a screw - it could also do with a mirror
A solid plan of action would be nice but I suspect I will be fobbed off!!
