One of the eye testing machines not working, nobody called to tell when it was ready; staff did not appear to know how to use it when revisited the store after nearly 2weeks

The eye test was very thorough. The optometrist was very professional and took time to explain things when asked. The experience of sorting out new frames and lenses was a very good experience.

Excellent careful service was provided and I was very pleased with the feedback I got. One small negative thing was that the tests were not all free as suggested by the text I received. The extra amount I was asked to pay was very small but unexpected. It maybe there was something telling you this if booked an eye test online but I telephoned to book and there was no mention of an extra charge.
