  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve been coming to Vision Express Richmond for around 3 years and have consistently had an excellent experience. Our whole family has had eye tests here and bought multiple pairs of glasses, including more specialised myopia lenses with astigmatism correction. The entire team, including the managers, are always incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. They even went above and beyond to rectify an issue with a contract that had originally been set up incorrectly at another branch. After 3 years and many visits, the service has always been consistently excellent. A genuinely caring and helpful team. Highly recommended!

  The lady that I dealt with last year when I initially had my first appointment was great. Unfortunately I dont remember her name otherwise I would mention her too. I have subsequently had service from Zainab on two occasions and she has been an absolute star. A real asset to the company!

  After shopping around for a specific pair of sunglasses, I popped into Vision express in Richmond On Thames and received such excellent service (Skye) and care that I purchased the glasses in store rather than online. The price online was lower, however, I was more confident after my interactions in this store, so buying the item here with the backing of vision express felt much more sensible.
