- RNRichard NurseOct 8, 20265.0Hello everyone just saying a BIG thank to amber at the elmers end vision express branch for her brilliant excellent customer services skills for helping me resolve my situation keep doing a beautiful job you do thanks again for your super assistance Richard Nurse 😊
- MFMs FSep 27, 20261.0If I could give them 0 stars I would but I can't. They didn't go through the thorough procedure of fitting me for new glasses and when I received my glasses, I knew something was off. I realised later on they didn't measure my PD. When I told another staff that I wanted to return it for this reason, he laughed and said 'that is not possible'. I told him that there were no measurements taken and he then got defensive said 'my staff are all well qualified so that would never happen'. Anyway we weren't going anywhere with his disgusting attitude so I told him just issue the refund, I've got my receipt and vision express has a 100 day return policy. The lady working there was extremely inexperienced, she couldn't even issue the refund and said I had to come back later for another staff to issue it. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. AVOID!
- PPPegahSep 14, 20261.0Very bad experience at this branch I dont like leaving bad reviews but I went to this store to pick up glasses that I ordered from other branch and they were rude and not helpful. Refused to tighten my new glasses. If I have to go back to vision express I will avoid this branch and try their other branch in kings Road
- AAAndreeaJul 26, 20265.0I came here to get my contact lenses for the first time. I cannot thank Shakeel enough for teaching me how to put my contacts in. I was so stressed about it and he was patient, explained so well and motivated me throughout. Thank you! 🙏🏼
- RTRory TingleMay 9, 20265.0Highly recommended. Shakeel in particular was very friendly and professional. Thank you.
