- ARAmber RossOct 5, 20265.0I recently bought a pair of Meta glasses and unfortunately noticed that the speaker on the left side had a slight crackling sound. I was a little nervous about going back into the shop as I really don’t like complaining or having to return things, but I honestly didn’t need to worry at all! The ladies working Monday morning were absolutely lovely and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They listened to the problem, were really understanding and arranged for a replacement pair to be ordered for me without any fuss. I’m really grateful for how friendly and helpful they were, especially as I was feeling a little anxious about going in. It’s so nice to receive such good customer service, and they really did make the whole experience a positive one. Thank you to the lovely Monday morning team! 💕 I’ll definitely be leaving another update once I’ve received my replacement and had a chance to try them out. Xxx

- RPRosemary Anne ParsonsAug 6, 20265.0My Experience in visiting Vision Express was excellent, very professional and also explained everything about my eye test would recommend Vision Express in Purley (Tesco's).
- BKBrian KalsiJul 26, 20262.0Disappointed on the left lens varifocal too high making the distant vision blur , had it corrected and found the left lens not in line with the right lens causing a crossed vision. Hope this will be settled as the glasses are still at store.
- OMOleg MostovoiJun 6, 20265.0It was my first time using Vision Express, and I’d like to specifically mention Rajal Solanki, the optometrist. She was amazing - very thorough, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain my eye test results, eye health, and glasses recommendations in detail. I never felt rushed, even though the appointment took a bit longer than expected. A great experience overall. Thank you, Rajal - very much appreciated.
