He took the time to talk me through how my eyes work, what he was checking, and made everything easy to understand. He also broke down the different glasses and lens options perfectly, so I knew exactly what would suit me and why. Ali was also great and gave impeccable customer service. He was helpful, professional, and really swift with everything, which made the whole process smooth and easy. Overall, a brilliant experience and I’d definitely recommend them.

- NMNatasha MJun 10, 20263.0I recently visited Vision Express in Westfield and purchased two pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing overall. On my first visit, the order was taken incorrectly and only one item was processed correctly, which meant I had to return to the store again to collect the correct items. This was inconvenient and avoidable. On collection, I also noticed that the sunglasses were missing a cleaning cloth. The staff member did provide a Vision Express cloth when I mentioned it, but I would have expected everything to be included properly given the price paid. Additionally, the Gucci and Mulberry glasses did not come with their branded boxes, only cases, which was disappointing for designer items. Overall, while the staff were polite, the service and attention to detail did not meet expectations for a premium purchase experience.
