A big, big thank you to Melissa and Roxze for their great service in replacing a screw, at no charge, in the arm of my glasses. I hadn’t even bought them from them!! A very grateful and appreciative future customer!!

Such a lovely team! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. One of the team members was incredibly helpful today with repairing my glasses. Thank you so much!

I am so glad I went to Vision Express Wimbledon for my glasses and those of my son. A special mention warrants Kish, who went above and beyond! - First of all, after briefly explaining what I needed my glasses for (including cycling but also in work environment) he was just extremely helpful in narrowing down the options I had (from 8 to 3) and had a very good reason for keeping or discarding each one - Secondly - and possibly more importantly, he sorted out my son's NHS voucher. We had had our eye test at a different optician few weeks before. They had created an NHS voucher but didn't give us the details of it. When we went to ask for them (twice!) the code didn't work, so Kish called himself their manager and called me back the following day only when he had a code that would work On a more general note, I was impressed that whenever we visited Vision Express Wimbledon (about 3 times on this occasion) there seemed to be an appropriate number of staff and even when the shop was packed by customers we were welcomed immediately at the desk and then we never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for Kish or one of his colleagues to assist us. I won't be going anywhere else when I need glasses in the future: Vision Express Wimbledon... and ask for Kish of course!!!

My mum went to this Vision Express last week to have her glasses fixed and they did so free of charge even though she didn’t even purchase them there. Would definitely recommend.

I made an appointment for a test and got to the shop 10 minutes early. I was approached straight away and rushed into the first part of the eye test as they had had a cancellation, my experience with the optician was completely fine but it was all done and explained very quickly. I guess there is a lot to fit in the time slot. The recommendation was varifocal lenses, when I tried to explain that I had tried them before and couldn’t get on with them the sales guy didn’t seem to be listening at all and told me to think about it! He called the next person to be served before I even got up from my chair. All in all, I felt very rushed from the moment I went in.
