  Outstanding service at Vision Express, Westfield White City—the whole team deserves recognition! I visited Vision Express at Westfield White City for an advanced eye test and purchased two pairs of glasses. I can honestly say I have never received such wonderful service when having my eyes tested and choosing glasses. The whole experience was so satisfying. The advanced eye test felt very thorough. Although I wasn’t watching the clock, I would estimate that the test alone took more than half an hour. They also used equipment I had never encountered before, despite having attended four previous eye tests at two different Specsavers branches. The store was busy when I arrived and full again when I left. During a quieter period after my test, every member of the team helped me. Everyone was genuinely polite, respectful, attentive and professional—always smiling, listening carefully and answering my questions with proper explanations. It was their genuine warmth, as much as their professionalism, that made the experience stand out. I had previously purchased more than ten pairs of glasses from Specsavers, mainly because of the lower prices. Unfortunately, I experienced repeated problems with the frames, including breakages, so what initially seemed inexpensive ended up costing me more. For me, this visit to Vision Express showed why value for money is about more than the initial price. The choice of brands and frames was excellent, with options for different budgets. The team patiently guided me through the choices for my reading and distance prescriptions. I chose to spend more on a Meta frame for my main pair, alongside a good-quality second pair specifically for reading. They also explained the offers available to me, including my 10% discount and a further 20% offer, helping me make the most of my budget. Rather than paying everything upfront, I was able to spread the cost over 24 months with ZERO interest, with monthly payments that were affordable for me. My package also included insurance. The team explained that I have 100 days to return if I am not satisfied with my glasses, so they can address any concerns. That gave me real peace of mind. A heartfelt thank you to Riddhi, Ahmed, Omar, Afruza and Shayan. It wasn’t just one helpful person—it was the entire team. Every one of you contributed to making my visit such a positive experience, and you all deserve recognition for your kindness, patience and care. I wholeheartedly recommend Vision Express at Westfield White City. I left feeling genuinely valued and looked after, with my questions answered and my options clearly explained. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you all! 🤓👏

  Excellent experience at Vision Express! This is actually my second time in the store and my second pair of glasses, all thanks to Sumaia. She has such a lovely energy and makes you want to come back. Big thanks to both Sumaia and Clair for their help, both were super professional and welcoming, but Sumaia definitely made the difference.

  I went in for a simple repair for my glassess and Ms Pragya approached me and helped me to fix my glassess. She fixed my glassess top notch and her customer service skills were excellent. Will definitely recommend their services to friends and will come back to renew my prescription when needed.

  Beware of this shop in Westfield London i recommend for all my friends and families do not go there tricky rubbish and bad service I bought 2 pairs of glasses in my with insurance and everything paid £740 now to replace one of them they asked me to pay £135 insurance access if I claim on my car insurance only pay £100 access hhhh

  I went I think around March. They messed appointment times - effectively double-booking my optician - so the appointment towards the end was very, very rushed, especially the part where they assess long-sightedness as she struggled to get onto the other waiting customer. I went back a month later and asked for my eyes to be re-checked because I was not sure they got it right first time - but they refused. Vision Express Management team, You need to do a lot better!
