  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After visiting four other places, nobody was able to help me repair my beloved sunglasses. I almost gave up, but Vision Express sorted them out incredibly quickly. A special thank you to Mo, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful throughout. The service was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier. It's so refreshing to find people who genuinely care about helping their customers. I highly recommend Vision Express and especially Mo. Thank you for saving my favourite sunglasses!

  Vision Express Oxford Street is just one of the best stores, and it has one of the best managers. I came to Vision Express after a really bad experience at two other opticians. Long story short, I bought glasses there, they did some minor adjustments, and told me I just needed to get used to them. Despite multiple adjustments over the period of 4 days, I still couldn't wear them comfortably. I tried my old glasses (with the same lenses) and this was fine, and they said there was only a little difference in the distance between my eyes and the lens and that it won't affect my vision. They told me I would just get used to the new ones. However, even then, I kept feeling like my eyesight was not right. They even did another eye test and told me nothing was wrong. Since there wasn't much else they could do. I visited Vision Express on Oxford Street after my fiancée had a great experience there. I was introduced to Karl. Although I didn't buy my glasses from this store initially, Karl took the time to adjust and tweak my new glasses so they matched my old ones. Suddenly, I could wear my new glasses comfortably for hours without issue. Karl's attention to detail and customer care are exceptional. He explained every step and every adjustment in detail and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks to Karl, I can now wear my new glasses without issue; he has done what the others said was impossible. highly recommend this store. I will definitely be using them going forward.

  I visited this store to buy new sunglasses since my old ones were no longer usable. Karl, the manager, was fantastic. I described what I was looking for, and he found it quickly, encouraging me to try them on. His attention to detail was exceptional; he noticed they were a little tight and made some adjustments, walking me through each step of the process and explaining everything, which was amazing!. He kept fine-tuning them until they were perfect and comfortable. I wish I had come here sooner. Before this, I went to several other brand stores, but they were all very dismissive. Although their sales team was good, there was no care or attention to detail; none of them showed as much care as Karl did. It’s clear he genuinely enjoys his work and has pride in what her does. He was very passionate about what he does.

  I’ve had a genuinely excellent experience at the Oxford Street Vision Express branch! Sundus has been absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful throughout my glasses purchase, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. During my last visit, she took over from Mo, who had also been fantastic - always approachable, knowledgeable, and available to help anytime I visit the store! Two out of two staff members I dealt with left a great impression, which says a lot about the level of service they provide at this branch! Even the lab manager, whose role is outside of customer service, went out of his way to try to accommodate my request and was exceptionally helpful. It’s rare to find such a consistently friendly, professional, and customer-focused team... buying glasses at this store is not boring at all! Thank you all for the excellent service! M
