  Prompt, courteous, efficient particularly impressed by the Optometrist who took time to resolve and explain my vision difficulty. Overall very pleasant and satisfactory experience at all staff level.

  I had a very good comfortable experience given I’m Autistic and have anxiety don’t like lights and sounds and i appreciated how nice the staff was and all the tests they did

  I was thinking of getting a new pair of glasses but I decided to go elsewhere since they keep sending me letters named after the previous lodger for the past year and half now! I have returned those letters sent to my Newington Green address and I have written on them that the person was no longer at my address, I have even presented one of those letters at their shop in Angel and a man said they have corrected their system. Guess what, a few months later another letter! Clearly they cannot handle a simple thing like this so I wont bother becoming their customer! It tells you a lot about the company imagine having a serrious issue that needs resolving when they cannot handle their mail!

  Popped into this branch last week to see if they'd be able to adjust my sunglasses so they wouldn't keep slipping off my face. I had bought them at an airport but despite not having purchased my sunglasses from here the team and especially Tanveer were super friendly and helpful and adjusted my sunglasses within minutes and completely free of charge. Would definitely come back, highly recommend their friendly customer service.

  I had such a positive experience at Vision Express, and I especially want to thank Tanveer for going above and beyond to help me! After my eye test, the lovely optometrist (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) left me in Tanveer’s very capable hands, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tanveer was incredibly kind, patient and professional. He took the time to walk me through all the available options, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the pros and cons of each choice. I almost left empty-handed, but Tanveer genuinely did everything he could to find a solution that worked for me. Thanks to his kindness, dedication and willingness to go the extra mile, I was able not only to update my prescription but also to get a brand-new pair of glasses! I hadn’t originally planned on buying new frames, but Tanveer, with his explanation, helped me realize getting a new pair would actually make more sense than simply reglazing my existing glasses. Although I do find the reglazing fee a little expensive, Tanveer was completely transparent about the costs and made sure I understood all my options. He really went out of his way to help me get the best possible deal, without ever making me feel pressured into buying anything. What really stood out to me was how genuinely caring and determined he was to help me find the right solution. He turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a really positive one, and I’m so grateful for his patience and effort. Thank you so much, Tanveer! You truly made all the difference, and I’m so excited to collect my new glasses soon! 😊
