- CBCraig Brodie3 days ago1.0I broke my frames on Wednesday and attended Vision Express in Angel to get a new frame. Was told it would possibly arrive Saturday but more likely Tuesday. When nobody phoned or left a message I called the branch to discover after being on hold I had no frame to collect. Asked when I could expect them I got a vague idea that it might be Wednesday. By then a full week without my varifocals. Now in limbo. Very poor service not to be recommended.

Islington branch replaced the entire frame as a sign of goodwill. Ambra and her manager Josep (might got the name wrong) were very helpful and attentive. We have been customers of Vision Express since 2016 and very happy with the service.
