  No fuss booking an appointment, no waiting for tests. The whole process appeared well organised. The tests for both eye health and vision impairements were performed extremely professional. The staff is highly trained and motivated, the equipment seemed very modern and state of art. The findings were explained with great knowledge and in every detail, all questions satisfyingly and impartially answered. The treatment options and their financial outfall were fully explained and recommendations well reasoned. Overall an amazing and highly recommendable experience.

  I found it very helpful to have the service received during my eye test with the young man 👨? He did an excellent job, patience with carefully explaining what he is going to do with his customer .A professionally standard.

  Don’t deserve even this one star which I gave only so I can post my comment. I was there just today and because no one even border to ask me if I need any help, I came to the guy and told him that I would like new glasses and frame. He told me to sit and wait when some of their staff will come talk to me. Had to wait for a while and then came to me lady with hijab to ask me what I want then I explained to her I want new glasses and frame. And she asked me if I have prescription with me from any another place like spectre savers … I was surprised as I know because I was in vision express before I don’t need prescription the eye test with prescription I can get from them. If I can get it from any optician or any other place what’s the diffence to get it from here. She said bring your prescription and decide in your head which glasses you want. I don’t have any prescription. Will never come here again. Also I didn’t like her behaving how she talked to me looked like she only wanted to get rid of me. Not good service customers being ignored or not treated same way like another one.

  Very poor service. Avoid at all coststs. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one for me and one for my wife which were supposed to be delivered home. Both were £500+ glasses so I did expect atleast basic customer service. One pair did not arrive at all and after a few followups we were told that we will have to go back to the store to collect it. The other pair was apparently delivered with no delivery proof (just somebody taking a picture of our closed fron door). After 8 weeks of repeated followups, 5 sets of emails and threatening to write to the CEO, I could finally get hold of the store manager just to get a refund, forget a replacement or anything else. That refund then also took another follow-up and 3-4 weeks further. Am just glad I am done with the ordeal and don't have to deal with it again.
