  The lovely people at vision express Ealing have taken great care of me over the past few months that I’ve taken to pick my contact lenses, I’ve had great advice and they really have been very patient with me, I went to other opticians in the local area and I wasn’t able to find suitable contact lenses for me, I went into this store and they gave me so many more options and explained things properly to me so that I could understand the whole process. I now find myself wearing comfortable contact lenses that I feel I will be able to use going forward and it’s all thanks these lovely people at Vision Express Ealing Broadway.

  ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely poor experience. I ordered frames and was told they would take 3 working days. It ended up taking 2 MONTHS to receive them. During that time I had to make 6 VISITS to the store just to chase updates, and every time I was given different and conflicting explanations: wrong order, supplier delays, new orders being placed, or “it will arrive next week”. None of it was reliable. At no point did anyone contact me with updates. I always had to chase everything myself, and I was repeatedly misled throughout. After I finally got the frames, I ordered contact lenses and was again told 3–4 days for delivery. It has now been 10 days with no update. When I called to follow up, the first time I was left on hold for 40 minutes. The second time, when I explained the issue, the staff member HUNG UP ON ME. Overall, this has been an unacceptable level of service: disorganised, misleading, and completely lacking basic customer care.

  I was very pleased with the reception I received and I was seen straight away, slightly ahead of schedule. The optometrist did an excellent job and the staff were friendly. I left in a hurry and forgot my hat but they had it ready and waiting for me. I totally recommend Vision Express.

  I had a very bad experience I ordered a pair of frames and they gave me the wrong frame I came in on Monday and the manager told me that yes the frame I was given were different and she will try source the right ones for me and send an email to find out when I went back on Wednesday I was told by the same lady saying that they are the same frame and that she only told me they look a bit smaller I appreciate them not being able to sort out another frame for me and for me to choose another one but I do not appreciate being lied to and put me forward as a liar I felt highly disrespected and working in customer service myself I do not usually complain but this branch really deserve this bad review staff needs to be trained more on customer service they could have handled the situation differently and had a completely different outcome
