  Every time I go into this vision express I am welcomed with extremely friendly and kind people. I went in to find some new sunglasses, and in terms of pricing and support for what I specifically needed and didn’t need, Nessa (I hope I am spelling right) was extremely friendly and helpful. Raise incoming I hope!

  I went in the same day without an appointment, and they were still able to help me. I only had to wait about 20 minutes for my eye test. The glasses are very reasonably priced, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a really great experience!

  I wouldn’t recommend this branch. Last year, I had my eye test at the Chelsea branch and was very happy with the service, but this year’s experience was the complete opposite. While I was waiting, the customer before me had to repeat their scan because the machine was not working properly. I wish I had taken that as a warning and left at that point. I was particularly interested in having my eye pressure checked because there is a history of glaucoma in my family. However, I was told that the results had not been saved and were therefore unavailable, meaning I would need to repeat the test. I was then offered an additional scan, which I was happy to have done. Once everything was finished, I was simply told I was free to go. I was not given any paperwork of the scan that they later called me it was unpaid, nobody talked me through my results, and I had to remind the staff that my eye pressure still needed to be checked because this had apparently been forgotten. A few days later, I received a call asking me to return to repeat the scan on my left eye. I was also told that there was £6 outstanding to pay. This is incredibly disappointing and, frankly, feels very poorly managed. I was not asked to make any payment at the time of my appointment, nor was I provided with my results or any paperwork for the extra scan. These are matters that should have been dealt with properly during the appointment, not several days later. The customer should not have to return to correct mistakes made by the branch. I hope management takes responsibility for what happened and reviews the processes and quality of service at this branch so that other customers do not have to experience the same level of inconvenience and frustration.

  This is a review for Tenenka thanks so much for your excellent customer service. You made us me and my mum feel a valued vision express customers and you actually genuinely cared for me and my mum and feel at ease. Thanks.

  Customer service from 3 members of staff was disappointing to say the least the young slim lady working at the front of the store was very rude in her tone and when we asked if there was a toilet for my daughter who is 7+ months pregnant she was told no and then given a rude look from the blonde member of staff who then turn her back on us my appointment went on for nearly 2 hrs as they could not get the imaging right and kept having to rescan my eyes by this time my daughter who is pregnant was near tears trying to hold her wee and the head optician was a locum and was very nice but unable to help in the situation as they told her the same there is no toilet for customers which I understand but Law States you must allow a pregnant woman to use your facilities and they all refused my daughter which was very upsetting for me and her I will not recommend this branch on Clapham to anyone the staff are rude and not very good at what they do it was awful
