- AZAlex Z4 days ago1.0Horrible service from their team today. Mid age woman with long ponytail was nothing but arrogant and condescending. Misinformed me regarding the uv protection specification too, which tells me they cannot be trusted. Left and purchased sunnies in another shop

Michaela was incredibly helpful and managed to fix them for me, completely free of charge. I also purchased a new case for my sunglasses, which fits them perfectly. I really appreciate the friendly and helpful service and would definitely recommend Vision Express!

Mohamed at Vision Express was very sweet to fix two parts of my sunglasses for free, where I didn't buy anything from them or pay for any service.
