  The staff took great care of me. They're careful, kind and professional while running the eye checks. Unfortunately, I don't remember the the other three colleagues. I massively thank them, though. In the shopfloor Louisa was amazing. She assisted me on finding the suitable pair of glasses. She was at all times friendly and at the same time professional. Thank you for help and advice.

  I brought my daughter’s glasses in on Monday 12th October, and the staff member who served us said she was ordering the required replacement part, sending us away with only a temporary fix. She assured us we would receive a call by the end of that week once the part arrived. It is now Monday 19th October, a full week later with zero contact from your team. Worse, I have been calling the branch repeatedly since 9:00 AM this morning, and not a single person has bothered to pick up the phone. Is anyone actually working there, or does customer service just end once you get people out the door? I need an immediate update on the status of my daughter's glasses today.

  I had a wonderful experience at Vision Express in Canary Wharf, thanks to the excellent customer service provided by one of their staff members, Shah. He was incredibly patient, friendly, professional and helpful, especially when assisting my elderly parents. He took the time to understand their needs, explained the options clearly, and made sure they felt comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. His kindness, patience and attention to detail really stood out and made what can sometimes be a difficult experience much easier and more enjoyable for them. Thanks to his excellent guidance and personalised service, both of my parents ended up purchasing glasses and are very happy with their choices. It was lovely to see someone go above and beyond to make customers feel valued, particularly elderly customers who may need a little extra time and support. A big thank you to him for his outstanding service and for making the whole experience so positive. Vision Express is lucky to have such a dedicated and caring member of staff. He is a real credit to the team and I would highly recommend this branch based on our experience!

  Avoid this branch if you care about your eyesight or your money. I paid £909 here in September 2025 for Oakley Meta glasses with prescription lenses. The prescription they gave me dropped my right eye by a full step, even though my tests the year before and the year after were both the same as each other. Their own eye-test machine picked up my correct prescription that day, and the optometrist still prescribed something completely different. It took weeks of complaints and chasing before they finally agreed to replace the lenses free of charge with my current prescription. I handed the glasses in and waited two weeks, then picked them up and found the "new" lenses had been made to exactly the same wrong prescription. They didn't even check before calling me in to collect. Along the way they lost a pair of glasses in transit, gave vague updates for months, and admitted in writing that they lost my scans through "human error." More than a year and £909 later, I still can't wear the glasses I paid for. Sloppy, careless, and a total waste of time. Go anywhere else.

  I paid £30 for an eye test at Vision Express Canary Wharf. The optometrist and assistant were professional and thorough. However, when I called an hour later to ask for my PD measurement, I was told the branch would not provide it unless I purchased glasses from them. I’m an existing Vision Express customer who has bought frames from them previously, and I called their Kenilworth branch, which confirmed they provide PD measurements without requiring a purchase. I then had my PD measured for free at an independent optician nearby in 30 seconds. Very disappointing customer service. I paid for the eye test and should be able to obtain my measurements and choose where to purchase my glasses. I would recommend considering another optician if you need an eye test in Canary Wharf.
