Beyond all the valid complaints on this page, I am insulted by the surprise news that you close the entire gym floor except the changing rooms at ***9:45***. You lot already close early enough - 10pm is ridiculous. Can you not hire cleaners or front desk staff to stay until 10pm proper?! What's the bloody point in listing 10? BEYOND annoying.

Always find the staff super friendly and nice, shoutout to the two lifeguards Zack and Jjun, they’re great made the last 6 months of physio rehab in the pool a bit more enjoyable! Facilities are new, super clean and modern. My only issue is the cost, to save some money I’ve gone elsewhere now which is a shame as I can’t speak anything negative about the gym and staff. Also my partner said the variety classes didn’t suite her, missing Zumba etc which apparently they used to have before I joined!
- SPS PJul 17, 20261.0After putting up membership fees 32.5% in 2 years, lack of choice in classes, change in management for the detriment and abdominal attitude/communication from Head Office not to mention having to buy my own knee pads as there’s minimal, I decided I’ve had enough. I’ve now joined a different gym with more classes, just as good facilities and trainers. It’s not as if there’s no choice in Wimbledon. The appalling attitude of Head Office was the last straw. I expect a canned response from Head Office to this on here!
