- PPPhoebeOct 5, 20261.0I have been a member for years - the quality of Virgin Active gyms have SIGNIFICANTLY declined over the years, not just with rising membership costs but poor customer service and benefits/features. It feels like they have become very STINGY, including things like significantly reducing the amount of guest passes you can get in a year. You would think for a gym that claims to be 'high-end', that they would have decent service and perks.
- CBChris BurnsSep 11, 20265.0Fantastic service from Claudio at reception. He always greets me with a smile and he was also super helpful when I had an issue with my account.
- AEAriel EduardoJul 30, 20261.0The lockers need a special wristband they dont provide (no stock for weeks) so the solution they gave was to carry my bag during training. Central support couldn't solve the issue as well. Useless.
- LRLizzie RobertsJul 17, 20265.0I just love this gym. It's close to my work, and facilities are great. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve theirs fitness levels. I liked my session with a personal trained, booked 6 sessions, I highly recommend Tom. Regards Lizzie.
