  John Peprah's attitude towards the elderly necessitates considerable improvement, as he often overlooks my grandmother, failing to acknowledge her presence entirely. I I urge you to address this issue with the seriousness it deserves.

  I’d like to say a big thank you to Chico for her help and understanding with my membership cancellation. She was really helpful, friendly and professional throughout, and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.   Outstanding experience at Virgin Active Notting Hill thanks to Chiko. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome, warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. Her knowledge of the club and the way she carries herself really reflects the premium standard Virgin Active is known for. Chiko turned what could’ve been a standard visit into something memorable. If you’re considering joining a club in the area, go speak to Chiko. She’s a credit to the team and will make sure you’re looked after from the first conversation. :)

  Let me be very clear: I am **very high maintenance** 😂 But this gym is not just a simple gym.It comes with an amazing community and so many friendships, which somehow makes every workout easier. Please understand — John , Andy and even Kyle’s classes are **crazy hard**. Somehow, though, they make you smile and never let you stop pushing. They push you through when you want to give up after 10 minutes of the class. 😅 They are tough, but they never let me give up. And of course, we have the **King of Spin — Terry** 👑🚴‍♀️ Please note: **I HATE SPIN.** 😂 But his music, energy and passion somehow get me through every single time. I’ve met so many amazing people through this gym simply because we all love exercise, but even more, we love that feeling of **community**. This Tuesday, I did three classes in the evening. It was absolutely HARD, but at the same time, I had so much fun. That’s what makes this place different for me. Other gyms cannot even imagine how lucky we are to have such amazing trainers: John, Terry, Andy, Mandy and Kyle. The reception staff are also amazing — absolutely incredible. My daughter is keen on swimming, and I can already tell that Naomi has an amazing talent for working with children. My daughter cannot wait for her swimming classes! And one more thing I absolutely love: **the saunas are separate. ** I think sauna space is so precious, and personally, I don’t think women and men should have to share it. I love having that separate space. And we have chats in the sauna. ❤️
