He always brings great energy to the front desk, but beyond that, he genuinely just knows what he is doing. He understands the fitness industry inside out and handles member issues with the kind of skills, problem-solving, and professionalism you usually only see from upper management. He actually listens and gets things sorted efficiently. His attitude and manners belong at a much higher level in the company. Virgin Active is lucky to have him on the floor

My class was cancelled twice within the same week, which is extremely frustrating, especially when you plan your schedule around these sessions. The membership fees are quite expensive, so I expect a reliable level of service in return. Having classes repeatedly cancelled makes it difficult to justify the cost, and I’m now seriously considering cancelling my membership if this continues. I hope Virgin Active takes this feedback seriously and does more to ensure classes are not cancelled at such short notice.
