  Always full with people talking notneven working out, no customer service whatsoever staff doesn't know amything and if you want a coffe be sure you have 1 hour to wait for it ... After 3 months having this experience I cancelled my membership so i can keep my sanity.

  Rahul Tanna is great as he sorts out any issues he is very helpful. I am very disappointed Mandy Jordan is not doing anymore reformer classes as she was the best instructor and one of the reasons I joined. She used to do a lot more classes and unfortunately some of the other instructors are not as good- you will see these classes are never fully booked.

  I had a very nice onboarding process with Emanuela and I'm pleased with the gym. I think the price you pay is mostly for the many classes they have and the swimming pool. I would appreciate if they kept the showers as clean as possible! They are fine but some days they are not great.

  If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would. Staff are dismissive, you go to them with a genuine issue or problem that needs sorting and they rush the conversation and try to dismiss you so they can go back to speaking to their co workers. You raise complaints and they say they will investigate but they only say that to shut you up. They make you feel like you’re the problem. Honestly, this gym needs a complete staff change because they’re all useless.
