- EHEdward HiltonAug 21, 20262.0Crazy pricing! £315 rolling monthly contract fee with a £250 "joining fee". This is more expensive than a lot of Third Space clubs. There is no cycling studio additionally which is surprising given the fees being charged. I think the area needs more competition as there is a distinct lack of choice. I can't see what the value is here as the equipment is Technogym which you find in hotels.
- MKmax kimAug 14, 20261.0Members here have the worse gym etiquette I’ve ever experienced. Weights left unracked, equipment lying around, no one wipes down compression boots after having their sweaty legs in there for 30min+ The cleaning staff are great. It’s the gym floor that’s filthy and messy.

There is no other gym in the area. If there was a fitness first nearby, I'd honestly join there in a heartbeat. These guys are a joke!

A year ago they were replying to the complaints on here about them restricting towel usage like a school claiming that it had nothing to do with cost savings, it was all about their deep love for the environment. Now they’ve replaced the water fountain with a machine that dishes out water into non re-usable, non-recyclable COFFEE CUPS!!!! - they must be going through thousands a week! Not so bothered about the environment now, eh, virgin active Mayfair/virgin active Primark??
