- YKYuri Kon3 days ago1.0Extremely poor customer service
- RPRamsay PyperSep 23, 20261.0The only Smith Machine in the gym was out of order 2 days ago, and is still out of order today. That's unacceptable for a gym this expensive
- LLLiSep 16, 20261.0Far too busy and cramped. I’ve come twice this week and both times wandered around for 10 minutes before going straight home. The floor is packed with people. No machines are available. At most you can waste some time on a treadmill. Not even somewhere to foam roll because there are only two mats by the recovery section and the functional workout sections has people almost working out on top of each other. Absolute waste of money. Very much regret locking into a 12 month contract. I will be cancelling at the first available opportunity. I can also confirm this gym is an absolute tip - I’ve never been to a gym so messy Please heed the 1 star reviews on here
- JLj liSep 11, 20261.0Really poor etiquette from members. People leave very heavy weights on machines after they are done. People should put things back. No staff on the gym floor making sure things are where they should be. Plates, dumbbells and towels are also left lying around on the gym floor - this is a safety issue. Quality of the classes, particularly reformer, is lacking. I still go to my usual boutique gyms for reformer as VA is not an adequate replacement
- RSRaisa SilnicSep 8, 20261.0I was disappointed when after only attending for a few weeks, I had to move countries because of health issues. I understand there is a contract in place for security however, in situations when health related issues are in place, I’m sure there could’ve been room to negotiate without me paying £170 for six months when I was not even in the country.
