  I have been a member for almost 10 months now. Overall, it is a great gym with plenty of floor space, excellent equipment, a good size, and very friendly staff. However, I am giving it a 2-star rating because of the repeated small issues that, in my opinion, should not be happening at a premium gym with a premium price tag. Individually, these may seem like minor issues, but when they happen repeatedly, they become frustrating. I have previously been a member of another premium gym at a similar level, and I honestly cannot remember experiencing these kinds of issues there to the same extent. The biggest concern for me is the general cleanliness and maintenance, particularly in the changing rooms. Over the past 10 months, I have experienced unpleasant odours several times, including sewage/drain smells. There have also been repeated occasions where towels, shampoo or soap have run out, problems with dispensers, and a few instances of AC leaks on the gym floor. None of these issues on their own would be a major concern, and I understand that things can occasionally go wrong. However, the frequency with which they occur makes them increasingly frustrating, especially considering the price point and the standard I would expect from a premium facility. More recently, I have also noticed some shortcomings with the café. It appears that they may be understaffed at times, which has resulted in delays and, on some occasions, an inability to prepare certain food items. I really like the gym itself, the equipment and the staff, which is why it is disappointing to have these recurring issues affecting the overall experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because with better attention to cleaning, maintenance, stock levels and staffing, this could genuinely be an excellent premium gym.

  Great gym. Staff are lovely. Unfortunately, ruined by their pricing structure which isn’t aligned with the value received and more importantly they tried to charge me rates on renewal +50% higher than other members who had joined under the same program/access I had.
