Got to agree with some of the other comments on here about customer service. Paying over £100 a month to be arrogantly told to get off the weights racks by a PT because they have an upcoming class isn’t good enough. Especially when they run two classes at the same time that leaves a grand total of TWO weights racks for use for every other customer.

It’s been a horrible experience; the staff can't seem to resolve issues. To make matters worse, I started at this gym on July 27th and signed my contract with Michael; he told me that if I attended at least five times a month, I’d get a discount for the first three months—meaning I was certain I’d be paying £96.00 through October. I paid the first installment correctly, but now they’ve charged me £120.00 for the second one—and that’s despite the fact that I go to the gym at least four times a week! It’s false advertising!

Amir Safaei's conduct has consistently reflected a notably unprofessional attitude, particularly in his interactions with children. It is essential for him to enhance his approach in this regard.

Honestly just a bad gym, let alone for the price! I’ve been a member for 2 years and the membership is going up to £96 a month this October, and as far as I can see, the gym has gotten significantly worse, so where is that money going exactly? Classes take up half the gym floor (all the benches!!) at peak times almost everyday of the week, the equipment stays broken for weeks (3 treadmills out of action for around a month) and it feels tired and dirty. The one perk was the weekly free smoothies for going to the gym 3/4 times a week, but they’ve had 3 system errors in the past 2 months that have prevented rewards working so I’ve lost those smoothies. Really not good enough for £96 a month, wouldn’t you agree….?

Absolutely horrible gym and service The AC has been broken for months - I was told they’d fix it two months ago and went away for a month. When I came back, it was still broken and I was told that they would not be able to fix it as the AC system was “too old” and therefore it “doesn’t work when the temperature goes above 30 degrees outside”. When I asked what they were going to do about it they said “well we’ll have to get it replaced at some point.” When I asked when this would be happening, he said “I can’t say for sure”. Are you kidding?? I’m paying over £100 a month for a gym that doesn’t have AC when the temperature goes above 30 degrees? So I then asked if I could cancel my membership, because I had come out of a reformer class on the verge of passing out due to the heat of that room. They said that since I’m on a 12 month membership, they couldn’t cancel it without manager approval, as it can only cancelled due to “illness or moving away”. I pointed out that this is a problem with THEIR equipment, and this is not what I signed up for, and all I got was a shrug and another “I don’t know what to tell you.” On TOP of this bs, I had referred a friend to the gym MONTHS ago and told I’d receive a free month for this referral. I never got a free month, and when I brought this up today, he said he would add it on for me for next month. Confused, I asked him why this wasn’t already on the system, as surely this should be automated with the referral? This very unhelpful gentleman merely said “yea sometimes we have to do it manually”. So if I had not gone up to reception to explicitly ask for my free month, they would have sneakily gotten away with not giving it to me at all. Absolute rotten service and zero care towards their members. Do NOT join this gym.
