- AAAdalJul 3, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at Virgin Active Clapham. The gym is often overcrowded, especially during peak hours, making it difficult to use the equipment without waiting. Some machines were out of order for long periods, and the changing rooms didn’t always feel as clean as they should. For the membership price, I expected much better maintenance and service. The staff were polite, but overall the experience didn’t match the cost. I wouldn’t recommend it unless things improve.
