  Virgin Active Chiswick Riverside is amazing! The gym is well-equipped, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere makes it a great place to work out and relax. The facilities really stand out, making it a fantastic club to visit. Excellent customer service, definitely a 5-star experience! Highly recommend. 😊

  Absolutely snobby and overpriced club. Was given a chance to utilise a guest pass. When I registered with the guest pass, it asked me to choose a specific date and select a club. I did so, and on arrival, they then tell me the pass is expired and my entry is refused.

  One of the finest health and rackets club in the London. Facilities very high quality, tennis superb and great social too. Looking forward to the new shop and golf simulator. Staff really put in an extra effort to make the club so good.

  This was by far one of the most frustrating and unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever had. I was trying to organise a birthday party for my 5-year-old child. Customer service told me that there was a birthday party enquiry form on their website. However, when I tried to use it, the form was not working. I then emailed customer service directly and was told to wait for someone to contact me, but nobody ever did. After getting nowhere, I visited the branch again. The staff there gave me a different email address and told me to contact someone directly. I finally received a reply with the prices and party packages. I responded saying that I would like to make a booking, only to be told that the person was on holiday and that I should contact someone else. I emailed the replacement contact, but once again, I received absolutely no response. I even called customer service and specifically asked them to ask this person to check my email, but my email was still completely ignored. At this point, it genuinely felt as though they were telling me, “Please don’t book your child’s birthday party here.” I have never experienced such a frustrating and unpleasant level of customer service. What should have been an exciting and enjoyable experience of planning my child’s birthday party turned into a complete nightmare. I was also considering becoming a member after the party, but after this experience, I have absolutely no intention of doing so. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place for a children’s birthday party.
