  Been a member of Riverside Dukes Meadows since last year. This allows me to visit their other branches as well. My car was broken into, while parked in the VA Chiswick Riverside carpark which you would expect to be secure, considering this is their Collection Club. Cost me approximately GBP1000 in damages. The CCTV footage was not handed over and their compensation of 1 month's credit was a joke. Their local director was not empathetic to say the least. There have been similar incidents in the past which have clearly been brushed under the carpet and security measures have not improved. Food for thought…. On a different note, their selection of classes at VA Riverside is quite monotonous compared to David Lloyd's or Equinox or even the Hogarth Health Club. It is an ideal space if you enjoy either screaming toddlers or the quiet hum of retirement. If you visit either Chiswick Park or Riverside Dukes Meadows in the evening, the ladies changing rooms are unclean. When I visited their Kensington branch, their pool was not as clean as it should have been. The unisex steam room was not hot either.

  Very nice gym with club facilities being upgraded regularly. Good classes and Pilates instructors. Only downside (somewhat ironically) is that the Wi-Fi is pretty terrible…

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Virgin Active Chiswick Riverside is one of the best health clubs in London. Whether you’re looking for a serious workout, a game of tennis or padel, a swim, or simply a place to relax and recharge, this club has it all. The facilities are excellent, with a spacious gym, fantastic swimming pools, great recovery areas, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help, making every visit enjoyable. A special mention goes to the café – the food is fresh, healthy, and surprisingly delicious, making it the perfect place to refuel after a workout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium fitness and wellness experience in London!

  0 if possible Do not waste £290 pm on this place DISGUSTED - That is the best word I could use. My partner was "GIFTED" guest passes for joining and then for her birthday. She sent me the link and I duly registered as a guest for Saturday morning 11th July, I even gave a time as was insisted by their website. When we arrived at 7:35am the most servile, pious woman on reception told us that guess passes were now limited to certain times. 11-4 weekdays and after 16:00 at weekends - so much or a "Guest" pass - UNWELCOME GUEST should be the branding The receptionist then showed us a blurry image on her phone of an email that had been sent to members. The reason that my partner had not received the email is that their admin team, obviously continuing their poor quality, had entered her email address incorrectly. If their T&C's change, how could I book s a "GUEST" Apparently the new terms mean my partner has to accompany me. Given that she works and attends the gym early in the morning, their guest passes are absolutely worthless. As my parrtner said to me this morning, after attending at 6:30am, it's not like they are busy. My gym partner and I were looking to join as we have left another gym, but they can forget that. So that's 7k pa lost. The place is run, obviously, by idiots. And as part of the Virgin group, you know what you are getting - anyone else with dreadful Virgin media who were just fined £28 million pounds for putting the phones down on customers who want to leave. Avoid at all cost

  Really great space, but the music coming from the kitchen ruins the atmosphere outside. Please at least close the door, as a place that’s created to provide a certain environment and vibe to the people who spend their day there. It really does make it unpleasant.
