  I had a great experience at Virgin Active Riverside. The gym itself is a bit smaller than I expected, but it still has everything you need for a good workout. The spa was definitely the highlight of my visit. The thermal pools were excellent, and the sauna and steam rooms were both hot, spacious, and very relaxing. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. Overall, I’d happily come back, especially for the spa facilities.

  Today was my first time visiting the Canary Wharf club. I thought my membership would cover access, but I was told that it didn’t and that I would have to pay £40 for a guest pass. What disappointed me was that £40 is the same price that someone with no Virgin Active membership at all would pay. Even though I am already a Virgin Active member, I was offered no discount or any alternative, and no effort was made to help. As a result, I chose not to pay the fee and did not enter the club. I don’t believe this is the level of service that existing members should receive.

  Best Gym I’ve ever visited - nice location, clean & tidy swimming pool, various gym machines. Highly recommend this place(10/10) if you live in Canary Wharf. Especially, customer service is another level. I enrolled in the gym last year, and Elam helped me a lot and gave me a tour of the gym with detailed explanations. She was the best and nicest, which became the motivation to purchase an annual subscription

  Writing a review of this gym after being a member for 5 years now. I see a lot of bad reviews but i dont agree with most of them. Gym has everything you need, not as big as other competitiors but spread across 2 floors im sure if they could expand the building they would but its not possible. The price you pay is perfect considering the gym is in a expensive premium location. Spa is absolutely stunning and the main reason why ive stayed this long. I dont know where people see dirty spa and bathrooms because i surely havent felt that it was ever dirty all these years. Also staff is amazing everytime very friendly and catering. The cleaners are a treat to be around also very friendly and helpful. My one and only issue here is the guest pass price, i have a lot of friends and family who are members of other gyms but do need spa days here and also people who would like to come and experience for the first time and may even be future members. But at £40 a day for a guest pass it is too much . Hopefully this can be lowered soon. Other than that everything is spot on and you guys have upgrades coming soon so looking forward to them 👌🏽
